HEAR.ON is a customer experience and outsourcing business operating from Cairo, Egypt. This Privacy Policy applies to the HEAR.ON website and to business enquiries submitted through it. It does not replace any client-specific privacy notice, data processing agreement or service contract that may apply to services delivered for a client.
1. Information we collect
When you contact HEAR.ON, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, company, work email address, phone number, country, service interest, industry, preferred operating model, commercial preference, expected team size and any requirements or other information you include in your enquiry.
We may also process limited technical information required to operate and protect the website, such as request and security logs, IP address information made available by our hosting environment, browser or device information, the source page of an enquiry and temporary browser-session information used to preserve non-personal service-selection context.
2. How we use your information
We use information collected through the website to review and respond to business enquiries, understand the service or operating model you may need, prepare follow-up discussions or proposals, maintain appropriate business records, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the HEAR.ON website.
3. Legal grounds for processing
The legal ground for processing depends on the circumstances and the law that applies. Where relevant, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before entering a business relationship or contract, to pursue legitimate business interests such as responding to enquiries and operating a secure website, to comply with legal obligations, or to act on consent where applicable law specifically requires consent.
4. Sharing and service providers
We may share information only where reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, security or related business operations; with professional advisers where appropriate; or with competent authorities where disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Service providers are expected to handle information only for the relevant service purpose and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security and contractual controls where applicable.
5. International processing
Some technology or service providers may process information in countries other than the country from which you submitted it. Where cross-border processing is subject to legal requirements, HEAR.ON seeks to use appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards and to limit processing to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
6. Retention
We retain business-enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to the enquiry, managing a prospective or active business relationship, maintaining appropriate business records, meeting legal or regulatory requirements, and resolving disputes. The appropriate retention period may therefore vary depending on the nature and status of the enquiry or relationship.
When information is no longer reasonably required, it should be deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and operational needs.
7. Security
HEAR.ON uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect website enquiry information, including access controls, request validation, restricted service access, secure transmission, abuse controls and other safeguards appropriate to the website architecture. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Browser storage, cookies and optional analytics
The website may use session-based browser storage to preserve temporary, non-personal service-selection or recommendation context during a visit. Contact-form personal details are not intentionally stored in that browser-session recommendation data.
The website also offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement through Google Tag Manager. Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” When enabled, it may process limited technical and usage information such as page paths, site language, browser or device characteristics, approximate geographic information, referral source, and interactions with services, solutions, primary calls to action, social links, and the contact form’s start, success or error state. HEAR.ON does not intentionally send contact-form field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or enquiry content to analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. You can change that choice at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect access to the website or contact form.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to your personal information, which can include requesting access, correction or deletion; objecting to or requesting restriction of certain processing; withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent; and submitting a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.
To make a privacy request, contact info@hear-on.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where applicable law permits or requires us to do so.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to submit business enquiries through this website.
11. Client services
HEAR.ON may, when providing customer-care or outsourcing services for a client, process information on that client's instructions. Those activities may be governed by a separate contract, data processing agreement, client privacy notice or other documented instructions. This website Privacy Policy does not replace those arrangements.
12. Applicable privacy framework
This policy is intended to support transparent website data handling under applicable privacy requirements. Depending on the circumstances, relevant frameworks may include Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and, where applicable to individuals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, our business processes, service providers or applicable requirements change. The date shown at the top of this page indicates the latest published version.
